For citizens of the Republic of Turkey, planning to visit the Russian Federation.

It is the recommendation of the Russian Embassy, that Turkish citizens traveling to the Russian Federation have medical insurance that is valid on the territory of the Russian Federation, along with a confirmed hotel reservation, a return flight ticket, and documentation stating the purpose of their travel.

The Embassy would like to remind you, that having a visa does not automatically entitle you entry into the Russian Federation, the final decision is made by the immigration officer at the border.
