Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m from 13:30 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday – day off
The documents of a private person are accepted from 13.30 p.m. to 16.00 p.m.
If you are planning to submit your documents in Visa Office in Istanbul, you must indicate Visa Office VHS (Ankara) when choosing the location for the submission of documents.
Please note!
We accept documents at the Visa Application Center by appointments. If you were late or were unable to book an appointment in advance, your documents will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
