STEP 1
Gather the documents required for your visa type:

Please be aware!
With the exception of Private, Work, Student and Transit visas, likewise expedited visas (1-3 days) regardless of type.

STEP 3
Provide payment to the Visa Center the amount listed in STEP 2.

Payment made at the Visa Center cannot be made via cash. Cash payment sent in the envelope will not be accepted!
STEP 4
Send the complete set of documents, along with receipt of payment to the Visa Center in Stambul or Antale.
Attention!
Dear Clients,
Please be aware:
- Russian Consular Divisions located in Turkey do not accept visa applications by mail.
- Visa processing begins only after a full and complete set of documents required for obtaining a visa has been submitted by the applicant or their legal respresentative, and payment has been made in full.
- In the case of an incomplete set of documents, or mistakes, the Visa Center reserves the right to return the documents to the applicant. Mail fees and processing fees are non-refurndable.
- The decision to approve or deny a visa request is made by the Russian Consular Division, which can also require additional documents, request that the applicant appear for an interview, or extend the visa processing times.
